I appreciate so much about this shop!! They are always extremely patient with my barrage of questions, and work fast and well. Their pricing is transparent and they will remind me if I have unused "brownie points" to use to reduce my cost. I so appreciate the photos and summary of the initial findings because it means they've actually looked at my car and the estimate is accurate. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and I can often be seen within a couple days!! Only rarely do they have to keep my car overnight, which is amazing. When an issue pops up as an ancillary finding, they've been very honest with me about their recommendations for proceeding vs waiting, and they've worked with me to find discounts via my costco membership as well.
