I appreciate so much about this shop!! They are always extremely patient with my barrage of questions, and work fast and well. Their pricing is transparent and they will remind me if I have unused "brownie points" to use to reduce my cost. I so appreciate the photos and summary of the initial findings because it means they've actually looked at my car and the estimate is accurate. Scheduling an appointment is easy, and I can often be seen within a couple days!! Only rarely do they have to keep my car overnight, which is amazing. When an issue pops up as an ancillary finding, they've been very honest with me about their recommendations for proceeding vs waiting, and they've worked with me to find discounts via my costco membership as well.

Always appreciate Honest-1 taking great care of me. Went in for an oil change and as part of their routine inspection, they pointed out a huge slice in my tire that put me in danger of a blow out. I had been long overdue but now couldnt put it off any longer. They referred me to Discount Tire who did my tires the next day and literally as I was leaving their parking lot, Honest-1 said come over for an alignment because we have time this afternoon. Fantastic service start to finish in 24 hours. Thanks for making sure I stay safe on the road, yall!!

Very professional

Honest-1 did a DCT Fluid flush and replenish on my car. I waited in the lobby and they had it done in about an hour. They also allowed me to use their mailing for a discount on the service. I will be going back to them and I am very pleased with their service.
