Everything was great for my oil change until I reviewed the receipt at home. I was charged $50 labor for removing the lid to the air filter, putting a new filter in, and putting the lid back on. That is a one minute job. I was also charged $37 for the air filter (well above cost). In my lifetime of oil changes, cant ever remember a charge for labor to remove and replace the lid to the air filter.

We came in to get our emissions inspection so we could get our tag receipt. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The inspection was completed in record time, and we got our discount on the price. We always try to get this done at Honest 1.

I had some mystery symptoms including strange sounds coming from the right side of my car during right hand turns and some random stalling. They took the car and at first they thought it was the timing chain but after some more digging they discovered that the oil pan had suffered some damage. They quickly repaired the damage and I got my car back on the road. They did some great detective work to solve my issue.
