I was informed ahead of appt. what to expect and kept informed of progress. The service was performed as anticipated, on time and excellent. Based on this experience, I am happy to recommend Honest-1 to my friends.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Shuttle took me to my house while car was being worked on. Work was too complex for their technicians but they admitted their limitations and didn't charge me anything for the work hours despite looking at it for a full day. Professional customer service to be sure! Will be back.

Interpersonally friendly while foreboding to one's wallet. Location requires a heavier premium on parts/labor but the work will be done to your satisfaction and comparatively promptly. If you are amenable to a higher price for a higher level of service and intangibles, this is a good place to go. If you're scouring the repair shops for a bargain basement deal, do move on.

While I cannot speak to all employees, my interaction with Crysta was so stellar I was even able to overcome the ridiculous spelling of her name. She certainly went out of her way to assure that my vehicle was being taken care of with no apparent direct personal benefit to herself. I thought about the new car, or sandy vacation she might have received had I been that undercover CEO guy. Alas, she's not that lucky. But she is that appreciated. My first visit and just an oil service, but I have to say, I'm 67 and owned dozens of cars and this was the best oil service experience to date.

Honest-1 did a great job getting my car in quickly to do my Emissions test! There was one car in front of me for an Emissions test, so they actually let me borrow their free courtesy vehicle so I could run a quick errand. I prefer getting my emissions testing done at a full service, professional shop like Honest-1 rather than those "tent type" emissions inspectors.
