I ran into a bit of a problem in my attempt to get my son's car's air conditioner fixed at Honest-1. The owner of the company, Butch Carter, called me a day or two after I submitted my review of this visit. While my comments were not derogatory, I did give my visit a 2 star review since the staff were quite friendly. Mr. Carter asked me what had happened during my visit. I believe he listened to my concern and at the conclusion of the phone conversation, he offered not only an apology, not only to reimburse the charge for my visit, but in my opinion, more importantly, he described specific steps he was going to take in an attempt to not have the same situation that occurred to me happen again to future customers.
