The test of any shop is how they handle a come-back, regardless of whose fault it is. In my case, an odd coincidence suggested to me that a molding piece was lost while my car was in for work. This was proven not to be the case, yet the owner sourced and replaced that piece for me at no charge. That's a level of customer care rarely seen in any business these days. This is my shop now for as long as I live in the area.
