I drive a Chevrolet HHR, and bless GM's heart, the front wheel must be removed to replace a headlamp. Stopped in Saturday morning without an appointment and the entire crew made my day and quickly accomplished the needed replacement.
Very professional, great customer service. I went in for an oil change and I was in and out. they knew I had to go to work and they made it their priority to get me out on time.
Employees were friendly and professional. Service was more than satisfactory and adequately quick. The facility was modern and clean. Comfortable and spacious waiting area with complimentary refreshments. There was even a little snack left in my cupholder with a note. I definitely recommend Honest-1 Auto Care.
Loved that I was greeted with a smile, had free snacks and drinks while I waited, and a courtesy car took me where I needed to go while they worked on my car. It was fantastic service and I will most certainly use them again in the future.
