Wowza, walking in having failed an inspection, I was greeted by the owner who was friendly & extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns & addresses each issue (including time frame). After waiting no more than ten minutes, the service manager Matt Gilbert came to discuss the situation. Thorough, clear & efficient, Matt explained my options in a way I understood so that I could competently move forward with the issue. To say I have found a new car service provider is an understatement- it's a bit of a drive for me to get there & I'll definitely pass other service places on the way, but it is well worth it to have that level of service!
