Excellent experience! I have a small pick-up and delivery business and my vehicle is my life support. It suddenly needed a plethora of repairs (more than I could afford all at once). The people at Honest 1 prioritized what I needed, got me back to work immediately and made arrangements for the rest. They did top notch work and with the warranty they offer...I'm confident I won't be paying for the same fixes again (like I have at other shops). Thank you to everyone there.

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A SMILE

First time visit. Took our Volkswagen GTI for a brake inspection on 1.19.2016. Thought one of the disk pads was dragging on the rotor but they checked out the disk pads and rotors on all four wheels and found nothing wrong for no cost. Kudos's to Chrysta McDaniel the Service Manager who was very knowledgeable and efficient at check-in. Can't beat that for good service!

So grateful to have my car finally repaired correctly. After numerous repair shops, too much money wasted, A-1 repaired my car and I am back on the road feeling safe and confident one again in my car.

My tire blew a few hours before I was heading out of town on a car trip. They ordered a new tire as soon as I called them and had it by the time the tow truck got me there. Knowing I was pressed for time, they got me in and out quickly. As always, the staff is very nice as well as knowledgeable.
