First timer and was pleased and satisfied with service and price. I had my break pads replaced and I was told that I could wait on my rear brakes as it was not an immediate issue and they saved me money by working on my Rotters and replaced the front brakes. I would say this place lives by their name, Honest, and I would go back again

Always dependable and fair

Wowza, walking in having failed an inspection, I was greeted by the owner who was friendly & extremely helpful. He listened to my concerns & addresses each issue (including time frame). After waiting no more than ten minutes, the service manager Matt Gilbert came to discuss the situation. Thorough, clear & efficient, Matt explained my options in a way I understood so that I could competently move forward with the issue. To say I have found a new car service provider is an understatement- it's a bit of a drive for me to get there & I'll definitely pass other service places on the way, but it is well worth it to have that level of service! I love taking my van to Honest-1. Everyone is so friendly! I run the quotes by my son-in-law who is a mechanic, and he always thinks the prices are fair. I never feel like they are trying to push me to spend money--they give me up front pricing on what needs to be done and sometimes the final price is a little less. They have great coupons, too!
