Long time customer here. Do regular maintenance there. Discovered oil leak on weekend. Called Monday 1st thing & was told by Barry to bring it in ASAP. Upon arrival, I dealt with Eddie. Was worried it could be a leak in some far-flung place that would be cost prohibitive. Eddie called with news that it was the gasket on the drain plug that was leaking. They replaced the gasket and filled with new oil, then ran my car under pressure & found no more leakage. They said since it was basically an oil change, no charge. Long time customer benefit? I didn’t argue. Their Honest-y is very much appreciated.

Took my wife's aging 2004 Acura in for a/c service and learned the car needed a recharge of refrigerant. With some $60 of reward points, we drove away at much less cost than expected and they did not charge us to replace a faulty valve which was the source of the leak. The front office staff here is always first rate, patient, courteous, professional and thorough. Butch hires really good people! 2004 Acura still only a little over 100K mileage.
