I asked for feedback regarding several questions and was not given 'Honest' answer. Stated that synthetic blend oil they installed in my truck with 36K should be changed every 3K and synthetic would be every 5K. The sticker they just installed said 5K. I inquired about a steering column issue in another car I had just purchased and while I had looked it up on line and seen that the repair should run a few hundred dollars, the gentleman I dealt with said to expect between $3,000 and $4000. Clearly didn't have a clue what the issue was yet was willing to provide a rough quote. I won't be going back.

Super friendly team. Very efficient and helpful. I made an appointment and within two hours they called with a diagnosis and estimate. Picked up my repaired car by closing the same day.

These guys are great. I brought my car in for an oil change and to get a headlight fixed. They drove me back to my office, then took care of the work. Within two hours, the work was completed at a reasonable price, and I found a package of goldfish waiting for me, as always, on my passenger seat. I appreciate the profession service and the great experience at East Cobb's Honest Mechanic.

First time client and I found it to be a Very Honest Shop! The Tech identified a couple issues and the manager was clear they would need to be done to be 100%: but no hard upsale by any means. I will get all of our cars serviced here!
