I brought my roommate's car in at their request. The people at this shop made me feel at ease about entrusting someone else's car to them and even took the time to talk to my roommate (who was out of town) on the phone. Excellent service, nice customer amenities (free wifi and snacks; a comfortable area to work on my laptop), friendly staff... They walked me through the different options and what they would cost, provided information about areas of concern in the car and broke them down by priority, and got the work done sooner than expected. Overall a great customer experience!

I was at the post office located next door to Honest 1 auto care and my car would not start..I went in to see if they could help me which they did and they would not accept any payment for the service. The battery was bad but they did not try to push any products or services only recommend I get the battery checked and don't turn the car off until I was home....I drove the car directly to them and bought a new battery ! The facility was spotless and every employee was friendly and professional ..will definitely return.
