I found this shop on Yelp and they lived up to their reviews. Matt was very professional and listened to my concern. He even ensured that I was receiving the right part as I had a long drive ahead of me and couldn't afford to not have my car. I'll be back for my future auto repair needs.

I found myself stuck in a parking lot when my van wouldn't start. After several attempts to charge the battery, I called Honest-1, fearing the worst, and with several bad scenarios in mind. They coordinated tow service and called later the same day to report their findings. It was a simple fix that put me out less than $200, which included the towing. I believe they stood up to the name Honest-1.

I came in for an oil change and asked about a tire rotation and service for the transmission fluid. I was ready to have the extra services performed but they actually came back and told me that they weren't needed at the time. I appreciate their honesty.

I couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Honest-1. We had a host of problems with one vehicle and they were still able to resolve them quickly and correctly. They were proactive in pointing out issues that needed to be addressed right away versus issues that could be addressed at a later time. They also set me up with a car rental at a discount and even gave me a ride to the rental office. They have my highest recommendation. These guys are the best!
