I was at the post office located next door to Honest 1 auto care and my car would not start..I went in to see if they could help me which they did and they would not accept any payment for the service. The battery was bad but they did not try to push any products or services only recommend I get the battery checked and don't turn the car off until I was home....I drove the car directly to them and bought a new battery ! The facility was spotless and every employee was friendly and professional ..will definitely return.

Quick service. Technician explained exactly what he was going to do, honest assessment of what was and was not needed. Staff are very friendly and appreciative of their customers. Nice, clean waiting area with snacks, accessible WiFi and reading materials.

Great location and staff. I have a Jetta TDI and need a very specific oil. After they inadvertently put in some oil VW didn't allow, they immediately replaced it with the correct 507.00 spec. Plus, they gave me a student discount! This shop is great and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again guys.
