This is the 4th time I have used this shop. Each visit has been a delightful experience. The service people are polite, helpful, and fast. The waiting area is clean.

Honest-1 lives up to its name. Junaid called me to advise the repair I needed was still covered under a previous repair carry out by the dealership which was to replace a valve cover gasket. This information and honest approached saved me $400! Then the Manager Matt offered me a ride home since their shuttle was tied up with other customers. I asked for feedback regarding several questions and was not given 'Honest' answer. Stated that synthetic blend oil they installed in my truck with 36K should be changed every 3K and synthetic would be every 5K. The sticker they just installed said 5K. I inquired about a steering column issue in another car I had just purchased and while I had looked it up on line and seen that the repair should run a few hundred dollars, the gentleman I dealt with said to expect between $3,000 and $4000. Clearly didn't have a clue what the issue was yet was willing to provide a rough quote. I won't be going back.

Super friendly team. Very efficient and helpful. I made an appointment and within two hours they called with a diagnosis and estimate. Picked up my repaired car by closing the same day.
