Brought in our 2003 SAAB 9-3 on 9/11/15 for rear break work. Honest-1 provided an estimate to cover worse case, which would have included having to replace the rotors. We left the car on a Friday evening, and picked it up around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. From the time we came in, until after we left with our car, the service was great. They were able to do the rear brakes without having to replace the rotors - nearly a $400 savings. We were very pleased with that news. Needless to say, we have become a loyal customer.
