Technician who took my car for oli change is very courteous and trun aroud in no time

I had my A/C tuned up and Freon was supposed to be topped off as part of that service; that's what the owner had told me. I've waited for several weeks and I don't feel any difference in cooling performance of my car. I doubt if they put in any Freon at all! Other than this, everything else was smooth.

Butch was very nice and made me trust the service right off the bat. Krista was great about following up and giving me options. And Jade was great showing me a few items to think about after picking the car up. Jade also looked at power steering on my other car that was there and gave me good advice.

I went in to Honest-1 Auto Care to diagnose a clattering noise in my 8-year-old Hundie's engine. I got the news no car owner want to hear -- it needed a $4,000 repair plus additional routine maintenance things needed at this mileage level. They told me what my options were without hard-selling any one of them. And they did not charge me for the diagnostic. I greatly appreciated their help and honesty. I concluded my car was not worth fixing and maintaining any longer and decided to trade. When my new car needs work (no time soon, I hope), I will definitely go to Honest-1 again.

They were indeed honest. They got a little snippy when I kept calling in, but I forgive them. They have been very good to work with the last 2 or three times I have been to them. I will go back.
