My 330ci had issues passing emissions with symptoms of transmission shutter(manual) and general poor throttle response, P0171,P0174,0128 codes. I stopped by Honest1 unanounced around 1pm and told them my problems and I needed the vehicle back that day. They diagnosed the problem, first visually and standard diagnostics and the requested a smoke test before any charges were added. They quickly then identified a leak in a lower boot. They did not have the part. But a service tech ran out at 3 in traffic across town to get the part they found in the area, the part was fairly overpriced - just $20 or so well worth it for the emergency order I had requested - most emergency rush requests begin at +$100 elsewhere. The service area was clean and orderly, the waiting area excellent and comfortable, the staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. The part arrived and the repair was completed by 4:30. The car runs excellent, The lost power slipped away over time it was not noticeable to me, I just excepted it, but it came back after the repair. They also repaired easy to do inexpensive replacements along the way (rubber tubing), sections of hoses where brittle and excessively work they replaced as good measure. Along the way they never pushed or discussed upsells and such - they did talk about E46 issues just to look out for. In my view that goes beyond other repair shops who usually just tell me no, all is good just bring it back is a problem and will go from there. Well if I know what things are common for my vehicle then I can address those before more significant damage is done or spread - so thank you Honest1 for caring about my car, experience and finances. Yes I had some expected repair quotes(including the parts replaced) from Dealer, DIY(via ebay econo), gas station and Honest1 was extremely affordable. Let's just say I didn't have the money to spend, and I am very satisfied with the cost, quality, and results, as most all reviews state - I have found a new auto repair shop - first class ya'll
