I went in to Honest-1 Auto Care to diagnose a clattering noise in my 8-year-old Hundie's engine. I got the news no car owner want to hear -- it needed a $4,000 repair plus additional routine maintenance things needed at this mileage level. They told me what my options were without hard-selling any one of them. And they did not charge me for the diagnostic. I greatly appreciated their help and honesty. I concluded my car was not worth fixing and maintaining any longer and decided to trade. When my new car needs work (no time soon, I hope), I will definitely go to Honest-1 again.

They were indeed honest. They got a little snippy when I kept calling in, but I forgive them. They have been very good to work with the last 2 or three times I have been to them. I will go back.

Mike was so accommating and I sincerely appreciated everything. Will be having more work done on Monday.
