Staff is friendly and lobby is comfortable... Service time is really slow. It took over 2 hours to get my oil change though. I was asked about an additional service and wasn't told there would be a cost associated with it. The cost was removed however.

Did a great job on my Trav. The guys were helpful and courteous.

Dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came back 90 minutes later, the car wasn't ready because they wanted to swap out dirty air and cabin filters. When I ok'ed that, they couldn't find the parts anywhere and it took another half-hour to put the old ones back and get my car. These are really good people, but this was frustrating.

Absolutely the most friendly group of people when I walked in! Didn't realize they were actually closed, but offered to come back, and they said they could take my car anyway! I've never experienced anything like that ANYWHERE. They even asked about something else with my car and took the time to do that as well. I was very impressed! And when I got in my car to leave, there was a snack in the seat with a bow and appreciation card - it's the little things, right? Will definitely come back for wharever my car needs. Also told my boyfriend and he said he'd try you guys for his next car service. And I'll refer everyone else I know there as well. Awesome people and service. #happyhappyhappy
