I have never seen an auto center quite like this. The cleanliness and professional color theme within the lobby speaks volumes about their promise of pristine service. I pulled in with intent to stop by another location for an oil change further down the road, aware of a deal they had but there was a knocking sound on my tire that I'd recently had switched out and saw Honest-1. I decided to go ahead and just pull in and told them of my concern. Not only did they check out the concern but they fixed it with clear concern of my safety back out on the road! While waiting for the service to be complete, I noticed how consistent the staff as a whole was with speaking to their customers with respect and by name. They are clear about their findings of the car's condition without being pushy about ''getting it done today''. I liked that. I like the idea of a the loyalty program (four household oil changes and get the fifth one free!) and coupons that they have available. Their snacks and drinks are in plenty and rather impressive variety while you wait and free Wi-Fi if you are needing to get some work done while you wait. They have very comfortable seats, too. Wonderful! Needless to say, I walked out rather impressed. It didn't stop there, however, as I got into my car and noticed a ''thank you'' card atop my steering wheel with a snack bag tied in blue ribbon. This really made me smile and I appreciated the gesture. So, for those that would like something a little different and special in service, you would do well to check this place out for at least your next oil change and see for yourself from there! You can take it from me you may be rather pleased!
