East Cobb Auto Repair

My husband and I initially joked about the name of this facility being "honest" and how we found that to be ironic when it came to mechanics. We previously had an excellent mechanic but the drive became too much for the frequency of repairs we needed. After trying a few ("highly recommended") mechanics around us, we decided to give Honest-1 a try. We have not gone anywhere since trying them. I was so pleased when they ran down the list of repairs for my car and told me which ones could wait and which ones I really needed to do considering I was going on a long road trip. I sincerely appreciated their candor. Everytime we go they are so polite and helpful. Definitely will continue to take our cars there for service.

Staff is friendly and lobby is comfortable... Service time is really slow. It took over 2 hours to get my oil change though. I was asked about an additional service and wasn't told there would be a cost associated with it. The cost was removed however.

Did a great job on my Trav. The guys were helpful and courteous.

Dropped the car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I came back 90 minutes later, the car wasn't ready because they wanted to swap out dirty air and cabin filters. When I ok'ed that, they couldn't find the parts anywhere and it took another half-hour to put the old ones back and get my car. These are really good people, but this was frustrating.
