We had some initial issues but the owner made it right so I’m updating my rating. This time around, it didn’t feel like we were getting the run-around on a resolution and the team at Honest made it right.
Hi Stephen - thanks for leaving us a review and I am sorry to hear about your experience. That is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide. I see that we worked on your Explorer back in March of this year. The Service Adviser you worked with back then is no longer employed with us, so none of my front desk staff or my manager recalls any of this interaction. Our repair work is covered by a 3-year, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty. If your Explorer has a code that's related to the repair work we did, or even has symptoms of a problem that could be related, then we would NOT charge you a diagnostic fee.
