Great service, amazing customer service and fast

Had a surprisingly good experience with Honest-1. I'm skeptical of anything related to car repairs, but Barry definitely alleviated my concerns. They charge a reasonable price for their diagnostic service and provide a detailed assessment via text/email. And they're super fast. Though, I'm sure they're not always as fast as they were today; or, are they...? I was told by a dealership that I needed a $1,400 "regular" service and given a length list of what needed to be done. I said no but allowed them to fix a recall issue. When they returned my car, I was informed I needed rear brakes ASAP. So, about $2k all in with the service. With H-1s diagnostic it turns out I only needed brake fluid, and that my pads and rotors are fine. Had the service done along with the brake fluid out the door for under$400 AND got my car back hours earlier than promised. It's nice to be surprised by car repair folks. I'll probably update this as I get our other cars serviced here.

Came in for an oil change and an overheating problem. Less than a hour later I was sent a complete message saying with pictures what was done and what needs to keep an eye on. Overheating problem was fixed with just a fuse change and not major repairs unnecessary needed.

I have depended on Honest-1 Auto Care in East Cobb for several years for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even though my Jeep is several years old, it has low mileage and is in very good condition. I have had very few problems to be fixed or repaired. I always have the Jeep checked over before going on out of town trips. The personnel at East Cobb are always courteous and patient with me to do this without charging me for this service. As a senior citizen, I appreciate this service very much. Many thanks to you and your personnel.

Honest 1 is exactly what their name say..."Honest". They only do the work that is needed and don't try to upcharge for bogus or unnecessary maintenance. Good peeps.

First timer and glad tried them. Whole experience was top-notch, 5 out of 5. Comfortable waiting area w computer, complimentary snacks/beverages, tv and comfy chairs. Even an area for kids. Very reasonable and job completed earlier than estimated wait. Definitely sold on them, with zero hesitation to recommend to anyone.
