First time visit. I was referred by discount tire co. to Honest-1 for an all wheel alignment. I scheduled an appointment and they finished in record time. The staff and the technician were all personable, professional and helpful. I was impressed when called the next day about an unrelated issue with the same vehicle and Matt remembered who I was as soon as I said my name as well as the car I brought in the previous day. I also observed while I was there a discussion about the evaluation of a used car a customer was planning to purchase. The car looked great but they found it needed approximately 3000.00 of work and promptly informed the customer of their findings when she came in to pick the car up. Waiting area is very hospitable, TV, coffee and snack cakes. They live up to the company name.
