This was my 1st time visiting this shop. I was referred by Discount Tire & they assured me that Honest 1 would get the job done. Although they were not able to help me with my car issue, I was extremely happy & impressed with the process of diagnosing what was wrong with me car. I really like the print out they provide that details the recommended services. Not only do they provide a very easy to read & follow detailed explanation, they also provided pictures showing what repairs were needed & where. I was able to hand this to my mechanic & go over everything instead of trying to remember what was told to me. My mechanic was also impressed. I also loved the fact that they sent me the detailed explanation through text message. I will definitely return to this location for my car needs.
