Overall positive first experience. Easy process to make an appointment online for first thing on a Monday morning. However, when I arrived, the system was showing a different day then my confirmed appointment. No problem. Barry fit me in but said it may not be until the afternoon until they got to servicing the truck. Well, he underpromised and overdelivered. The truck was ready about 2 hours after I dropped it off rather than at the end of the day. Some additional services were recommended (and expected based on age and mileage) but without pressure or any feeling of being upsold. Service was good and pricing was fair so I'll certainly return when service is needed in the future.

Quick, honest, and reliable service. I know when I bring my car in to have something looked at, I’ll be given honest feedback. Have never been told something needed to be done if it didn’t.

Honest 1 East Cobb is a first class operation. They are very thorough in checking any and all potential issues with your vehicle and let you know if there are any additional services they feel you might need. It’s nice to have a set appointment so they can get you in and out in a timely manner.

Matt was amazing. The rearview mirror in my son's Jeep had fallen off and I was sure it was broken. Matt said he would take a look and he was able to reattach it in a matter of minutes! Saved me a lot of time and I greatly appreciate it

As i expected....excellant service

Scheduled to have my jeep get an alignment and told the scheduler that my jeep was lifted and that I was referred there by discount tire who said that they were the ones that they were refer a lifted jeep to. I set the time, took time off of work and drove over just to find out that they can't do an alignment on my lifted jeep other than to put it back to factory, which it already has. The jeep only has 12k miles on it. I just wish the person setting the appointment knew that they can't do an alignment on my jeep so I didn't waste the drive and time from work.

Matt was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem with my car, called Car Shield to explain why they needed to cover it and got the repairs done in one day. He and Barry are first class !!!
