Your services are prompt, thorough and done well. They are more convenient than going to a regular auto dealership shop/garage. The only thing I've noticed here in GA is that the prices for misc. things are higher than the shops I used in IL. Perhaps it was the length of time I worked with the various shops and my misc. business connections that allowed this or just that prices have escalated.

Since locating Honest-1 Auto Care several years ago, I would not take my Jeep for service anywhere else. Always polite, understanding, explaining thoroughly the care my Jeep needs, answering any questions I may have and completing the service in the time they originally stated it would take. Thank you for being there!

Best customer service I've seen in years.

I was pleased that the voicemail I left to schedule an appointment was promptly returned within an hour. In the past at Honest Auto Care this was not the case. Matt, the Service Manager, was awesome on the phone and in person --- calmly providing me time to relay my concerns about my older model Subaru, and answering my questions. I will continue to use Honest Auto Care to maintain my Outback, even though I have now moved quite a distance away!

This is my second service visit in the last few years and they are awesome, price is right and fast turnaround...very polite and took time to explain issue and answered all my questions. The first time I took a car in they didn't charge me and simply gave me great advice which I appreciated.
