Excellent communication, free loaner car, reasonable pricing, quick service! I came here after the Ford dealership told me to leave my car at their facility where it would sit for two days before anyone could look at it and no loaner car would be provided. I asked why I simply could not bring it in two days later and the response was silence. Honest 1 is a great alternative. Go where you are treated best!

Did a great job, stops great and new plugs seem to have lessened a low RPM miss. Will see if mileage improved any.
