My first time and I loved 🥰 it. Love the clean Lobby!! Gentle and Kind staff! Answers the phone!! Answers ALL OF MY QUESTIONS!!! Wow wow wow NEXTDOOR app was 💯 % on it!! PDF summary of vehicle issues!! Wayyyyy better than Land Rover in Alpharetta!!! Never gonna go anywhere else ever if they keep this fantabulous service!!! High demanding types need to go here cause these folks are on their GAME!!! Matt Miller was extreme patient with ALL OF MY Question comments and concerns that spanned three visits and three phone calls before my first appointment. Then during the appointment I had not even picked up my car and I had a text and email inside my inbox with all of the paperwork associated to my vehicle. Can service, brought car in to look at air conditioning. Took an hour and air issue was fixed.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the maintenance that was needed on my car, and arranged for a ride home and back, while my car was being serviced.
Great place, thorough and efficient and prices are reasonable. I even take my daughters car here.

I am always pleased with the work performed and the staff. Made an appointment to have one of my headlights replaced and when I showed up Chrysta (sp?) said she could fix it immediately. Which she did! And then she checked my record and found that this repair was under warranty and I didn't owe anything! Thank you!
The folks are always there to help fix or give you advice on what is needed. With the exception of collision or body damage repairs I go there for mechanical fixes and normal maintenance.
