My explorer wouldn't start and I had it towed into their shop. It arrived at 1pm on Saturday afternoon. They called at 1:10pm and told me it was the starter and they'd try to get it done before the closed. They called back at 2:15 and told me it was ready. It took longer for the tow truck to get the car to their shop. Best service ever.
