Overall positive first experience. Easy process to make an appointment online for first thing on a Monday morning. However, when I arrived, the system was showing a different day then my confirmed appointment. No problem. Barry fit me in but said it may not be until the afternoon until they got to servicing the truck. Well, he underpromised and overdelivered. The truck was ready about 2 hours after I dropped it off rather than at the end of the day. Some additional services were recommended (and expected based on age and mileage) but without pressure or any feeling of being upsold. Service was good and pricing was fair so I'll certainly return when service is needed in the future.
