I have used this service before and was impressed with the results and cost incurred. I had car trouble recently when out and about and did not have my phone with me. Realizing that Honest 1 East Cobb was nearby I drove there as I knew they were honest and dependable. Had vehicle ready the next day. Would recommend as reliability is difficult to find in auto repair shops; also they have a great warranty.

We brought our 2018 Avalon Hybrid in for an investigation of the overall functioning of the engine. Honest-1 did the test driving and checking and found there was no discernible problem. I reached out to Honest-1 looking for a new mechanic I could trust and afford. I had some bad experiences with nearby competitors and ready for a change. I was told from a competitor that my brakes, shocks, and struts needed replacement. Honest-1 did a full inspection and determined that all 3 were just fine. However, they located issues in my battery and brake fluid that I was not aware of. They send me photographs and detailed explanation of what the issues were. The pricing was very fair and I felt very comfortable that they were not trying to take advantage of me. I have found a new mechanic!!

Great Service

Went in Christmas Eve day to see if an oil change was possible and they were kind enough to work it in. Will definitely be back and have told both my daughters and husbands.
