Dropped my car off with Honest-1 for a door lock problem that they solved within an hour and also did the oil change, battery swap, brake fluid change, air filter swap out and installed new spark plugs in the same trip. My car feels brand new!!

This is for the location in East Cobb, Georgia. I was a previous long time customer at the Chevron around the corner which has recently closed. Thought I would try Honest 1 based on reviews. Brought in my daughters 2007 Ford Five Hundred with only 62,000 miles. Had a strange steering problem, steering wheel binding when turning. After an hour or two, I received a diagnosis with pictures and exact pricing. I was very impressed and comforted by the transparency. Needed lower control arm and ball joint, big job, only took a few hours, ready by early afternoon. Car drives great now, no binding and handles highway much better as well. The warranty is 36k miles or 36 months, that's really great! Customer service was awesome as well, they earned a new longtime customer.

Very professional with service during the Covid pandemic. Everything finished as outline during checked-in. Notice texted about other potential areas to look at. Nice touch during this time to provide a clean environment and a wipe after finishing the paperwork. Excellent customer experience.

I had a very good experience at Honest-1 on East Cobb. I met Butch, the owner, who appeared very interested in doing the right thing. As Butch said, the auto-repair industry, deservingly, has a bad reputation. It was refreshing to have such a pleasant experience and feel like the inspection and work was done with honesty!

I’ve been bringing my car here for maintenance for a couple years now and they are always very professional! They might not be the cheapest in town, but I always get great service, a clean environment to wait in, and prompt communication. I definitely recommend this location for your car services!

We took our car in for a misfiring cylinder. Honest-1 did a thorough inspection of the problem and the rest of the car. They provided a digital report, with pictures of the problem and two other areas they noticed on the car that are going to need repair in the future. Their office staff was very knowledgable about what the technician was doing and when the car would be ready.
