Really pleased with the visit today. Just had a quick and simple repair that's above my paygrade. I was out the door in about 15 minutes. And it cost less than I thought it would. A+ in my book.

Five stars for these guys every day. My wife's Yukon had a check engine light come on. Every dealer we called wanted us to drop it off and then it would be three or four days before they even looked. We called Honest 1 and they told us to pull up to the front and they'd walk out and scan the codes right there! Gave us great advice.

My experience here was excellent. Booking an appointment was easy, and the staff were friendly during drop off and pickup. Services appear fairly priced as well.

Couldn’t turnover so got towed to another company nearby. AAA said it’s just a dead battery but was told by the Euro shop had a bad alternator and wanted to charge me $ 2600 plus $500 battery for a standard Mini Cooper. I wanted a second opinion and went to Honest1. Turns out alternator is perfect and I got way overcharged for battery. Honest 1 is where I’ll be going from now and on.

Took my wife’s car in for a starter issue. Honest 1 sent us a complete inspection with photos of each car component with recommended repairs in a couple hours. Full repair completed the same day. Will definitely continue to use this shop, they are thorough and professional.

Your services are prompt, thorough and done well. They are more convenient than going to a regular auto dealership shop/garage. The only thing I've noticed here in GA is that the prices for misc. things are higher than the shops I used in IL. Perhaps it was the length of time I worked with the various shops and my misc. business connections that allowed this or just that prices have escalated.
