These folks couldn’t be more like their name says - Honest-1! I came in with what I know is a new noise for me in the car, but unfortunately new ears don’t hear it. But I trust these pros. Why? Because they looked for a problem, the usual things that could cause the noise and came to the conclusion that nothing mechanical seems to be an issue. They offered a more than fair resolution, and I will be back to entrust my auto care to them.

From my initial telephone call inquiring about a wheel alignment to the finished service, Honest1 employees were very courteous and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the service was completed in a timely fashion. The final invoice was as expected with no attempt to upsell additional services. It was very apparent that the staff at Honest1 make customer service a priority. I would highly recommend their services.
