My daughter took her car into the dealer for scheduled maintenance. In addition to the covered items they suggested an additional $700 worth of “preventative” maintenance. She took the car to Dan and he was able to do everything they suggested and replace a Michelin tire (that needed to be replaced) for $680. I told him it was buy maintenance get a tire for free. A great first experience for my daughter. Not surprised, I have been getting my cars service here for years.

I was greeted with cordial attention, sincerity, and efficiency. The service I requested was done in exactly the time that was promised. The waiting area was very comfortable. As we settled the invoice, your associate took the time to explain the process and details of the work done. He also made sure I got the necessary paperwork to take to the Cobb county Tag office to renew my auto license tag. I look forward to my next visit to Honest-1 Auto Care for other service I may need for my RAV4 vehicle.

I had a great experience with Dan at this location. He talked me through all the details and options with my car’s battery issue. I felt super at ease here and that I was given a reasonable price for the service needed. Will definitely be coming back for any and all car issues and maintenance!

Appointment on time and front desk quite friendly. Was taken care of quickly and sent on my way!

First visit today and I was impressed. Friendly, efficient, pointed out a couple car concerns and gave a price to fix them but didn't push it, ran a car fax that showed a recall the car had, and offered drinks/snacks. Can't get much better!
