Honest, professional and fair

Speedy and professional service at Honest-1. I switched to Honest-1 from a national chain because the latter ruined my engine due to their sloppy work.

I was looking for an emissions inspection station on Google, took a wrong turn and ended up here. They have a nice clean waiting area that I didn't need to use but for 5 minutes. They told me it would take 15 minutes, it only took 5 and I was out of there. Nice, friendly staff. Good, quick service. That's all I needed that day and exactly what I got.

My wife and I were on a cross-country trip in a 1990 RV. We hit some trouble in Marietta and limped in to Honest-1 thinking we needed to cut our trip short. The boys in the shop managed to rig something up to keep us on the road and after an oil change and tune up we were on the road again. I can't stress enough how great the experience was, these guys are lifesavers!

Brought my car in for some warning lights. Ended up needing many items repaired. As I am selling the car, I decided not to get the needed repairs and sell it as is. They were honest and up front about all of the repairs and the cost. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostics. I will definitely bring my new car in when service is required.

I love East Cobb Honest1 because they are HONEST!!! I had a vehicle that had multiple problems. Honest1 said we could work on your vehicle and it will cost you a lot of money, but we don't think it's a good idea, as your vehicle's best days have passed. It broke my heart, but something happened for the first time in my life--I found an honest car care company. Now I have a new vehicle. And, even though I live several miles from East Cobb H1, I won't let anyone else touch my vehicle. This has to be top-down integrity at East Cobb. Thanks Butch!!!
