The service manager was very friendly and professional. The work I required was completed in last time then I was informed it would take to complete. I would definitely go there again for service, and I recommend Honest1 Auto Care to anyone that needs their automobile serviced.

Honest-1 worked me in for an oil change and got the job done quicker than promised. Further, they gave me a discount coupon to use further lowering my bill. That evening, I noticed water coming from the engine and took the vehicle back the next day to find out why the water leak. They found a crack in my windshield fluid reservoir, after filling it up during the oil change, but told me it wouldn't need any work at this time. Much better than fixing it and hitting me with an unexpected bill. Very satisfied with the service Honest-1 provides. Will be bringing my other vehicles to them for service in the future.

These guys truly live up to the name. The owner, Butch is a great man who gives back to the community and runs two great Honest-1 shops. They pay attention to the little things as well as the big. They will tow you to the shop and warranty their work. They use the best parts and they have well trained staff. I realize that I pay more when I go here, yet unlike “cheaper” places, they won’t tell you that you need work that you don’t need. That of course saves a lot of money. Also, the fact that they stand behind and warranty their work can save so much more money. I know more than one person who has taken a car to these guys that they had been told by another shop that needed several hundreds of dollars worth of work, yet once they came in to Honest-1, they found that it was a $120 problem.
