I love East Cobb Honest1 because they are HONEST!!! I had a vehicle that had multiple problems. Honest1 said we could work on your vehicle and it will cost you a lot of money, but we don't think it's a good idea, as your vehicle's best days have passed. It broke my heart, but something happened for the first time in my life--I found an honest car care company. Now I have a new vehicle. And, even though I live several miles from East Cobb H1, I won't let anyone else touch my vehicle. This has to be top-down integrity at East Cobb. Thanks Butch!!!

The service was excellent. They took the time to go over all my options and went so far as to contact the place I purchased my tires from to get the date of purchase, make and model of my tires in order to determine the miles remaining on those tires. Already made my appointment for January 2020!

Very good experience, we were kept informed of what was needed to repair the car and what the cost would be. Also, it was ready when promised. We plan to use Honest 1 the next time we need our vehicles serviced.

Had a issue with my vehicle. I was in and out very fast and was given good advice . No charge. If I ever need to get any kind of work done in the future I'd consider this shop for sure. Transparent and Honest.
