Honest and excellent work. Repaired my vehicle for a fraction of what the GMC Dealer quoted. Performed the repair in less time than expected. An honest auto repair shop is hard to find. These guys exceed my expectations.

I’m already a huge fan of Honest-1, but yesterday they went above and beyond. I can’t adequately express my gratitude for the money the saved me. I had to get my alternator replaced elsewhere. It was an emergency situation - the chap that did the diagnostic said the car would likely die on its way to Honest-1, half an hour away, so best to have it done at a local place. The local place did a fine job, but it cost me $800 that I wasn’t expecting. (Jeep just so happened to be using Mercedes parts when they made mine in 2012...) Fast forward to my routine oil change yesterday. I casually mentioned my alternator replacement, in case the technicians wanted to note it for the vehicle’s record, and they pulled up the Carfax to see if the shop had entered the work. (I learned that some mechanics - like Honest-1 - report to Carfax and some do not.) What they found instead of an alternator repair was an alternator recall!! They told to me take my receipt immediately to Jeep and have them reimburse me for the replacement. I was able to submit my receipt online and was notified this morning that I have a check for the exact amount of the repair coming back to me. THANK YOU, HONEST-1!!!!!!!!! I never would have thought to check recalled parts - but your technicians’ quick thinking and good eye saved me almost $800. I don’t leave reviews as much as I should, but I DEFINITELY wanted to leave this one because y’all deserve recognition for your fantastic customer service. (And those little Goldfish snack packs in my cup holder are just the icing on the cake!)

This is the only place I want to take my vehicle. They certainly live up to their name. I went to Firestone for an engine problem when I first moved to Georgia and did not trust the information I received. I went here for a second opinion and haven't looked back. They even gave me a loaner car for a few days while they did the work. They are knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and highly professional. Not to mention the hospitality, Its the cleanest, comfortable well organized, auto garage I've ever been to; with refreshments. Today I went because I was hearing a weird exhaust noise. The gentleman took me in the garage and (along with the mechanic) showed me exactly what the problem was. Instead of doing unnecessary work and charging me lots of money, they pointed me in the direction of an alternative fix. I've been here numerous times, so these are just a few examples of the great experiences I've had here. They have a customer for life.

I hate car problems. That being said, Honest Car Care helps to minimize the stress. They explain the reason for the repairs, time to complete, and any discounts available.

Honest-1 has been taking care of my car for years. They are always friendly, accommodating, and thorough. The waiting area is comfortable. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever deal with. Highly recommend!

Honest-1 in East Cobb has taken care of our cars for as many years as they have been in business, at least 6. They are the first auto service business I have ever really trusted, always looking out for us, doing exactly what we ask, promptly and fairly.

I took my car in for an oil change which was done promptly. I had forgotten that in 2 weeks I had a note in my calendar to replace the battery because three years ago it died at the first cold weather at a very inconvenient time and place. When the service manager mentioned it was really reading low, I was so grateful for the reminder and in just minutes they had it replaced. It is wonderful to have an auto service business I can really trust.
