We put the company’s name to the test in our first encounter: We recently bought four new tires and were told to get a wheel alignment by the tire company, who recommended Honest A-1. We made an appointment, brought the car in, we were seen right on time, and there was a pleasant surprise: The technician told us that an alignment would not be necessary because the alignment was perfect as is. No charge. This is the first time I can think of giving a five star rating for doing nothing, but integrity is rare and honorable, and sufficient to earn our business next time. Thank you for doing the right thing.
