Recently I got a fair estimate to replace my starter.....and of course with their 3 year warranty!

I came in for an alignment and brake check. Although I did need the alignment which didn't take long to do, they told me I didn't need new brakes at this time. I appreciate their honesty in not telling me I needed them now, as I'm sure other companies would sell me brakes even though they weren't yet needed. The waiting area was nice and on such a hot day I enjoyed the free soda provided. Also, I was there on Family Day and got one of the best tasting hamburgers while I waited which I've had in a while!

Excellent service and workers! This was a very good experience for me. I use a walker and they held the doors open for me and wanted to put the walker back in the van for me. There was no grease or dirt or any kind of mess inside my van. All the men are gentlemen! I certainly will go back to Honest 1 in the future.
