I usually have a very good impression of this office not until recently that I have a engine alert issue, the car has small vibration when in idle. And since this office can make a much earlier appointment than dealer, so I chose to come here. Long story short, the car vibrate much and much more severely and even cannot start up on the road. I have to send to dealer then they the sensor was wrongly installed and since the car vibrate so severely that I have to finish the repair at dealer. Dealer issued a report to help me get refund, but they do not accept saying no picture evidence. But who will think of taking picture for all the following steps? So far, I have their wrong senor on hand and paid extra $400+ without the issue solved. I admit their first appointment response is fast enough, that no dealer is comparable so I gave 1 star only. Honest – 1 feedback: Follow up note: Shop owner contacted me and went through the whole story patiently and politely, that made me felt at much more ease. Several days after I returned the original parts upon requests, he called me and refunded most part of the expense. I told him I trust Honest-1 in this area but this case was accidentally a bad luck to both of us. My family accepted the solution and would still recommended this shop in the neighborhood still.
