It was my 2nd visit to this location, so minimal paperwork.i made an appt via phone, so my car was taken within about 5 minutes of my arrival. Only did the 3 services I requested. Pleasant staff, pleasant waiting area with beverages. Timely turnaround. I like this place.

Great place! Service was super fast for a full brake job and pricing was very fair. The reception area was cozy and the bathroom was clean. I would highly recommend Honest-1 to friends and family, and will return in the future!

I was sent to Honest-1 from Discount Tire down the street to have the alignment on my car checked after purchasing a set of new tires. I arrived and was seen a little before my appt. the gentleman who greeted me was friendly and professional. I was offered a choice of beverage as well as a snack. The waiting area was comfortable and had many recent magazines. My car’s alignment was checked free of charge and was in acceptable limits, so no further work was needed. I would return to Honest-1.

Honest-1 Auto provided exceptional service. Their communications with me and internally were accurate and consistent. In addition, they provided service above and beyond what was required. For example, they vacuumed the floor mats and connected a small tube that had come loose under the hood at no charge.
