I want to share my amazing experience at Honest-1 Auto Care in East Cobb. I received a quote to replace my alternator and left gasket valve. I was shocked by the cost and wanted to get a second quote. I've never been to Honest Auto but was at the post office and decided to get an estimate. The office pulled up CARFAX and told me my car had a recall and to bring it to the dealer. I saved over $1000. It was free. I wish all car repair offices would look up your VIN on CARFAX before they start the work. I don't know if I would have found this out if it wasn't for Honest Auto. Thank you.

The team at Honest - are always friendly and professional. They got my car right in and out and i don't feel like they are trying to up-sell me on items that "might" need repair. You will not go wrong giving them a try!

A busy shop, which speaks well of their reputation, and when they schedule an appointment, they keep it on time. The front office staff was friendly and informative. The mechanics did a quick job of aligning my car's suspension. This was my first visit, but I expect I will go back when one of my cars needs service.

I was welcomed immediately after walking in the door. Filled out the necessary paperwork and was offered a ride home so I didn't have to wait for the car at shop for several hours. it would have been a very comfortable wait if I had stayed. They large comfortable seats, lots of hot coffee, cold drinks,and snacks in the exceptionally clean waiting area. My care was serviced professionally and efficiently.

From the moment I walked in as a new customer I instantly felt like part of the Honest 1 family. They explained everything and were HONEST on the service I needed on my Lexus now and what I could wait on. Plus, was able to use their loaner car while my service was being done. Double win for this busy single mom! Honest 1 has my business for life!!

The most professional auto repair experience I have ever had. I have had some bad luck with my cars this year...and was very satisfied with my experience with Honest -1. They only recommended fixes when really needed and provided excellent advice and how I can extend the life of my older model vehicles. I have dropped my car off at night and used their drop box and then call in the morning to review the vehicle issues ...very nice service. They have replaced batteries, changed oil and even completed repairs on the front end of one car after my 17 year old ran over a curb. I will never go back to a dealership service center...I can't say enough nice things about the owners and the entire crew. Thank you
