Honest is their name for a reason. Add Reliable, Efficient, and Patient. Butch and his staff care to take the time to explain everything before they begin and alert you to possible upcoming issues before they happen. I was in for an oil change (quick and easy) and they let me know that I would soon be needing new brake pads and rotors plus they provided an estimate so I could plan for it. Nobody likes surprises so I appreciated the heads up - esp on brakes! East Cobb's neighborhood mechanics!

They are honest! I was able to get my car in this morning and picked up by 2pm, they fixed a minor issue and have a very happy customer! Thank you for the excellent service!

Fast and priced right.

My Miata battery died unexpectedly today so I jumped the car and drove it in to get a new battery. I knew of the shop because I go past it each time I go to Trader Joes! They installed a NAPA battery at NAPA cost with a minimum installation cost. They were very personable and efficient, completing the job in 20 minutes.

(EDIT) I changed my score from a 1 to a 4 because of them making a professional attempt to reach out to me and right the initial wrong posted below. The owner called me and they took my car back in and seem to be concerned with getting it right. I can't give them a 5 because of the initial inconvenience, but professionalism goes a long way! I was about 40 minutes from home when I smelled burning coolant. Decided to take to Honest-1 because they seemed to have good customer service and a good review rating within the area I was stranded (I also liked their name because honesty is important in car repair service). They replaced my radiator, hoses and performed an oil change. I woke up this morning to 3 puddles of coolant under my car and as it is Sunday, I'm forced to keep topping my system off with water till their office opens on Monday. I payed $800 for coolant and a radiator with new hoses. Not happy at all.

Although my car is not a Mercedes or a Porsche, the folks at Honest-1 Auto treated it as though it were. From the wonderful reception at the front desk, to the mechanic taking time to explain things to me, to the easy Speedy checkout, not to mention the wonderful waiting room, everything went like clockwork for my little elderly vehicle that had issues. I cannot say enough about these people and their services!! Multiple members of my family are patrons at Honest-1 Auto, and we will continue to be so for many years to come. Thank you so much guys for all that you've done for me! Not only was the price right, but my vehicle is safe and secure again, and I feel comfortable driving on the road. Oil change new tires new brakes I'm good to go!!!
