THE BEST! Honest is an understatement. Every other shop always finds something else wrong while your car is on the lift and makes you feel terrible if you don't fix it NOW. Honest one gives you your keys back and informs you of future suggested repairs with a written estimate and does not hold your car hostage. The only car repair shop to go to

Wonderful first time experience! I have heard of Honest-1 from a couple of people and decided to give it a try when my AC broke in the middle of July. They took my car in quickly, made a diagnosis and offered to fix it within the hour. That was life saving because I had to pick up my oldest child from camp that day so I was on a tight schedule, but didn't want to drive around with a broken AC and children in the car. I was with my younger daughter and they even offered shuttle service back and forth from the Avenues at East Cobb so that my child would not get bored waiting in a room. When we got the car back, the AC was working perfectly and my daughter was thrilled with the complimentary bag of Goldfish crackers they left for her in the front seat of the car. Those little details of free shuttle and snacks, good and honest work, as well as the courtesy of the front staff, will really make me go back in the future. Keep up the great work Honest-1!

Great experience! Everyone was friendly, the service was quick, and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.
