My Miata battery died unexpectedly today so I jumped the car and drove it in to get a new battery. I knew of the shop because I go past it each time I go to Trader Joes! They installed a NAPA battery at NAPA cost with a minimum installation cost. They were very personable and efficient, completing the job in 20 minutes.

(EDIT) I changed my score from a 1 to a 4 because of them making a professional attempt to reach out to me and right the initial wrong posted below. The owner called me and they took my car back in and seem to be concerned with getting it right. I can't give them a 5 because of the initial inconvenience, but professionalism goes a long way! I was about 40 minutes from home when I smelled burning coolant. Decided to take to Honest-1 because they seemed to have good customer service and a good review rating within the area I was stranded (I also liked their name because honesty is important in car repair service). They replaced my radiator, hoses and performed an oil change. I woke up this morning to 3 puddles of coolant under my car and as it is Sunday, I'm forced to keep topping my system off with water till their office opens on Monday. I payed $800 for coolant and a radiator with new hoses. Not happy at all.

Although my car is not a Mercedes or a Porsche, the folks at Honest-1 Auto treated it as though it were. From the wonderful reception at the front desk, to the mechanic taking time to explain things to me, to the easy Speedy checkout, not to mention the wonderful waiting room, everything went like clockwork for my little elderly vehicle that had issues. I cannot say enough about these people and their services!! Multiple members of my family are patrons at Honest-1 Auto, and we will continue to be so for many years to come. Thank you so much guys for all that you've done for me! Not only was the price right, but my vehicle is safe and secure again, and I feel comfortable driving on the road. Oil change new tires new brakes I'm good to go!!!

I came in for the coupon oil change for my 2017 f150. Was quite pleased and they noted that even thought I have new vehicle, they found a couple recall items and a battery low capacity concern to have checked out at the dealership for warranty condition. I am impressed with there attention to this matter.

First rate service! The service was prompt and the customer service was excellent. I was given an estimate on upcoming repairs that will be needed. That will help- me in budgeting upcoming repairs to my Honda.

Professional and friendly service. Very clean facility. Manager took the time to explain in detail the issues and found an online coupon to save a few dollars. Courtesy shuttle service was greatly appreciated. Will be a repeat customer.

My car was suffering from squeaking brakes and I assumed that the pads and rotors would need to be replaced. Honest-1 was able to take my car on short notice and got back to me quickly. True to their name, they told me that my brakes were fine and recommended that I not do anything at the moment. When I finally do need new brakes, I will be taking my car back to to Honest-1.

Love this place! Fantastic customer service! My car was towed there after hours, by 8:15am the following morning they had diagnosed the problem, called me with a quote and after I approved the cost, they ordered the parts immediately. They said they’d work their hardest to have repairs done by end of day. It was a Saturday and they closed at 4pm, so I knew they had to be really busy. At 1:30pm, they called me to say my car was ready! The shuttle driver left immediately to come pick me up and when we got back to the shop, I walked in, paid my bill right away-no wait to check out-and everyone was so friendly. This was my third visit and each time I have been extremely satisfied and now I’m a customer for life!
