Professional and friendly service. Very clean facility. Manager took the time to explain in detail the issues and found an online coupon to save a few dollars. Courtesy shuttle service was greatly appreciated. Will be a repeat customer.

My car was suffering from squeaking brakes and I assumed that the pads and rotors would need to be replaced. Honest-1 was able to take my car on short notice and got back to me quickly. True to their name, they told me that my brakes were fine and recommended that I not do anything at the moment. When I finally do need new brakes, I will be taking my car back to to Honest-1.

Love this place! Fantastic customer service! My car was towed there after hours, by 8:15am the following morning they had diagnosed the problem, called me with a quote and after I approved the cost, they ordered the parts immediately. They said they’d work their hardest to have repairs done by end of day. It was a Saturday and they closed at 4pm, so I knew they had to be really busy. At 1:30pm, they called me to say my car was ready! The shuttle driver left immediately to come pick me up and when we got back to the shop, I walked in, paid my bill right away-no wait to check out-and everyone was so friendly. This was my third visit and each time I have been extremely satisfied and now I’m a customer for life!

I had been told by another auto repair shop and a tire store that I needed more work than was necessary. I'm glad I sought a second opinion from Honest-1 Auto Care. Even though I no longer live in the East Cobb community, it's worth traveling a bit for a shop where I know the advice I get is sound--and Honest!

I travel all over the world. Involved with service orientated companies every day. These guys are rock stars. In town for one day trying to get my daughters car together been running since early this morning it’s now 1 o’clock in the afternoon I’ll be running with this car till 5 o’clock tonight. this company cannot get to the car right now but the girl came out and helped me from behind the counter to check the power steering fluid for my daughter before I left. These guys need to be in the Guinness world book of records
