Honest 1 Auto Marietta repaired my auto quickly and did a great job! I give them 5 stars and my future auto maintenance and repairs.

Our old Ford Free Style was admitted for an oil change, tire rotation/ alignment, plus AC check. Discovered a broken right front Strut. The A/C needed a compressor and something else, plus the brakes were noted to be almost metal to metal. Barri phoned with a status report and prices so I could decide if our car was worth resuscitation. I held off on brakes and AC for now. The itemized bill and warranty, plus the courtesy van shuttling me to and fro as well as the friendliness and consideration of the employees, made this visit less painful. Yes, I'll be bringing the Free Style in for new brakes! Still thinking on the AC.

Always great service

I dropped my car off for an oil change and went to the gym. When I was finished with my workout the car was ready and everything great!

I took my minivan in for some maintenance and to check out a problem with my brakes. They took care of the maintenance items and fixed my brakes in the time frame that had been promised. They let me use a loaner vehicle and were helpful and friendly while taking care of my car. Definitely will be back.

Great Service as Usual

I take all my vehicles to Honest 1. They have been reasonable and have met my expectations. Many times they have suggested that i wait for a service or repair that was not needed immediately. This past week, I took my wife's Honda Crosstour to get the brakes worked on and they told me that the back brakes needed to be fixed but that we still had 10K miles on the front brakes. My wife only puts about 75 miles per week on her car which means that it will be at least a year before i need to get her brakes changed. I rely on expertise like that. The staff is always friendly and willing to provide answers to my questions.

This is really a knowledgeable, honest place! Kept promises, timings, and fixed the defect. And all within the estimated quote! Very friendly people, and the shuttle service is a great plus. Any time again!
