I am a repeat customer. I was very pleased with the efficiency of the technician that did the grease and oil change on my car. The receptionist explained to me the need to come in sooner to check the level on my oil as I don't drive that many miles each year. This information I did not know.

These guys are fantastic. They don't try to scare you into work you don't need and they help prioritize what needs to be done. They are much more of a partner in auto care, rather than "just" a repair shop.

Came in because I received a brochure in the mail. Honest-1 did EVERYTHING advertised in the brochure with NO HIGH PRESSURE UP-SELLING. I know that margins on the sale items are not great and they rely on up-selling to make money, but it seems Honest-1 is after repeat business by giving you exactly what you need and nothing more. Refreshing concept in the auto care world. They have definitely earned my repeat business.

After getting a quote from Volvo dealership for a 40,000 overall check, decided to give Honest Auto Repair in East Cobb a call. Brought the car in the same day and they did the exact same check for substantially less! Everone was friendly and so welcoming, I felt right at home. The waiting area is very pleasant while providing coffee, snacks and free wifi. I have already told a number of people who live in the area about this location, I would even travel to come here if I didn’t live nearby. That’s how good they are. Their name reflects the way they do business. With honesty and much integrity!
