Prompt service. I had an issue with part of the repair and they immediately took my car in and corrected it. NO HASSLE! They mean what they say when they give a guarantee and provided a loaner at no charge to boot! Great experience and I would strongly recommend this auto shop.

This is the only place I will ever take our cars. No pressure at all from anyone at the shop. The mechanics will tell you if you have any problems, show you the problems, and let you decide what you want to do. You will not get this type of service or attention from any other shop that I know of. The service writers at the front desk are polite and knowledgeable. It is also a very comfortable environment to be in while waiting for your car. D.L.

Krista was so helpful and accommodating. I called in to check a motor mount and she said to bring it right in. Despite not having an appointment, the car was inspected and no issues were found. She advised that no parts needed replacing; too frequently other shops would advise to "replace just in case." Appreciate not being upsold and Krista's strong familiarity of the parts in discussion.
