This is hands-down, the absolute best auto shop in Atlanta. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure every experience is one of a kind. I am literally the worst car owner on this earth and at one point, went 5,000 miles over the recommended oil change. Since then, they make sure to pre-set my appointment three months out and bug me about it when it gets close. Chrysta, who is the absolute best, had the chance to make a good deal of money off me and instead, she let me know that the dealership would do it for free. Their name isn't just branding..... they exude honesty and always take care of me.

I brought my van in with what appeared to be an electrical issue with the doors. They called by 8:15 a.m. having already researched and identified the problem as a missing ABS sensor that another vendor had failed to replace. No work was needed and nothing charged. It was nice to get a quick, informed answer to the problem and owe them nothing. They also offered to come get me and bring me to the shop in a courtesy vehicle so i could get the van. I will be back for additional service next time a need arises.
