This is the only place I will ever take our cars. No pressure at all from anyone at the shop. The mechanics will tell you if you have any problems, show you the problems, and let you decide what you want to do. You will not get this type of service or attention from any other shop that I know of. The service writers at the front desk are polite and knowledgeable. It is also a very comfortable environment to be in while waiting for your car. D.L.

Krista was so helpful and accommodating. I called in to check a motor mount and she said to bring it right in. Despite not having an appointment, the car was inspected and no issues were found. She advised that no parts needed replacing; too frequently other shops would advise to "replace just in case." Appreciate not being upsold and Krista's strong familiarity of the parts in discussion.

Butch, Carista and there time are terrific. Great mechanical work done at very reasonable prices. A wonderful sitting area with snacks, drinks and lots of good reading material. Also the cleanest restrooms I have seen in an auto repair shop in my life.
