Picking a new repair shop is a tough but critical decision. After my first visit, I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff. With Crista and Tara in the office and Barry in the shop, looks like I found my new auto repair spot.

I called at the last minute to get in for an oil change and was so pleased you could work me in. Due to some medical problems, we put our grandchildren to work when they come visiting. That includes car servicing, furnace filters, grocery pick-up, etc. Your scheduling lady is totally sweet and considerate both on the phone and in person. It's good to get this item off our to-do list. Thanks.

I am new to the area, so I had no idea of who to contact for a bumping roar in my truck. I searched online and found this shop. They had an average 4.7 star rating and after reading several customer reviews I was willing to take a risk. Barry was helpful as I explained the sounds I was hearing from my truck. Bill was friendly as he drove me to work. When the problem was found and diagnosed Barry called and gave me the pricing breakdown for parts and labor. When the repairs were made Bill returned to pick me up. The associates at the counter did a fine job during check out and I was quickly on my way. For my first experience this was a good one. It appears this shop can take care of all regular maintenance and minor to major repairs on my truck I plan to keep for a long time. I look forward to my next conversation with Barry to make plans for maintenance on my truck.

This was my first time at Honest-1. I had taken my mom's car for a transmission oil change. In previous weeks, the car was at the dealership. I was told the car needed new front brakes and repairs of the control arm bushings and busted sway bar boots. I had the folks at Honest -1 take a look at it and they disagreed with the dealer mechanics. The brake pad were barely worn and the bushings/boots had very minor cracks but there was no need to change it immediately. My mom drives her car less than 1000 miles a year, so it would have been a unneeded expense for her. The transmission oil change was also $60 less than the price quoted at the dealer. Thank you Honest-1!!

Excellent service. But just a bit of advice .. please keep the name of the actual customer you work with in your communication and not default to the male on the account. I listed my name first on my enrollment form because it was my car and I am the one who brought it in and you still addressed me by my husband's name. It's 2017.. not 1950.
