Late Friday afternoon my wife came home from work and reported the battery light was lit on her car's dashboard. I turned the engine off, waited a few minutes, started it, drove around the block but the battery light was still on. I then drove over to Honest-1, about 2 miles away to ask them to check the battery and turned off the engine. When the tech tried to turn the car on, it would not start, that quickly and the battery had been exhausted. They quickly determined that the alternator was the cause and scheduled the repair for the next morning, Saturday of a holiday weekend!. By 10 am, H-1 called and the car was ready for pick up. Great service, great response and we have the H-1 warranty.
